Questions & Concerns
Where do I get started?
If you would like to find out how counselling can help with any issues you are facing, going through or for more information then please email me or call me either directly or using the form on this website
Do I need to book a set amount of sessions?
No, sessions are looked at individually, there is no compulsion to book in blocks. The total number of sessions you need is based on what we do and how long you need which varies from person to person
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel at any time so long as you do so at least 48 hours before your next booked session, otherwise you will still be liable for the costs of that last session whether you attend or not.
How do I know if there is any progress?
Progress is continuously reviewed in each counselling session as we work towards an agreed ending.
How safe and confidential are your counselling services?
Trust and confidentiality are significant aspects of how I work. As a member of the BACP I adhere to their ethical code to work in your best interest. I will discuss confidentiality with you during the early stages of our work together
